Four hours of in-person Dungeons & Dragons in central Worcester, with a dedicated DM, a purpose-built table, integrated battle maps and hand-painted miniatures.

STANDARD CAMPAIGN PRICE

£25 per player, per session

For private groups and individual players joining a campaign. Groups launch with four to six paying players.

  • Four-hour game sessions at the venue.
  • Campaign preparation and Dungeon Master hosting.
  • A complimentary 60–90-minute session zero for characters, introductions and expectations.
  • Payment session by session, with the schedule agreed before booking.

Private bookings have a minimum table charge of £100 per session, reduced to £80 when the Founding Party Offer applies.

How the offer works

  1. One qualifying full campaign in each of the three recurring weekend timeslots. Standalone one-shots do not qualify; adventure collections qualify when booked as an agreed ongoing campaign. The offer does not renew for each calendar date or alternating week.
  2. Both private groups and groups formed from individual applicants can qualify. A campaign needs at least four paying players to launch, with a maximum of six.
  3. The offer is claimed only once the group, campaign and regular schedule are confirmed and the first session has been paid for. An enquiry or questionnaire does not reserve the offer.
  4. The £20 rate applies to every session of that agreed campaign, including for players who join it later.
  5. Before booking, we agree the campaign’s scope, intended conclusion and approximate duration. The discount finishes when that campaign ends; a new campaign uses the standard price.
  6. Pay session by session. Booking a campaign does not require paying for the entire adventure upfront.

The complimentary session zero is a separate 60–90-minute planning session. We agree its date and time together.
